We have several people a week come into our Utah Inkley’s wanting to copy and print work done by other portrait studios that are now out of business. It is difficult to have to tell them that the copyright laws do not allow us to copy work without a release by the photographer or studio. In many cases these photographers can not be found. Through good times and hard times, Inkley’s has managed to survive and thrive in Utah. Inkley’s has been around for about fifty years and we hope to be around another fifty to serve our customer’s needs. Oh, and you own the copyrights when you have your portrait or wedding shoot by an Inkley’s photographer.
